Named “Le Petit Versailles” of the French Riviera, Chateau Saint Georges is an authentic historical monument of the XIX Century. Built by a famous perfumer our stunning venue is the perfect film and photoshoot location in the Côte d’Azur. It offers a unique journey through the history of France. At the turn of the century, Queen Victoria of England also took up residence here to enjoy, long walks in the garden and the panoramic view of the valley of Grasse. If you are looking for a beautiful, unique and historic place for filming, photoshoots or commercials then we are one venue to be rivalled and the whole of the castle and its surroundings are at your disposal. Salon Napoleon

The Grand Salon Napoleon is the largest of our rooms available for your projects. Consisting of 2 adjoining rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows its features are impressive and every detail has the wow factor. If you’re looking for luxury and splendour for your filming and photoshoots then this is the area for you! It boasts original features and the traditional style of the great mansions of the 19th Provencal century. Its large French doors give access to the beautiful panoramic terrace, a perfect spot for some epic shots. This eclectic room is presented as a modern and luxurious space yet all the traditions of the Château remain intact. It’s a room that will most certainly bring you the all-important shot or take.

Salon Bleu

If you’re looking for smaller project space but don’t want to compromise on beauty and opulence then Salon Bleu will bring you joy! This luxury space has had over 15 years of renovation and has been restored to all its historical and impressive glory. With meticulous precision the golden mouldings, marble, parquet flooring, chandeliers and parquetry have all been lovingly restored to create this special room, Flooded with sunlight that pours in through the vast original windows this dreamy location is intimate, welcoming and warm. A precious jewel dressed in royal blue, white, blue, golden and powder pink.

The Library

Richly decorated with a stately home feel the library is furnished in a British Club style and boasts a traditional but luxurious space. It has beautiful parquet flooring with medallions, high ceilings in gold leaf and stunning crystal chandeliers. With comfortable leather sofas and an office corner, it’s a multiple-use space. If its vibe matches your theme it can be used for filming and photoshoots or it can be used as a dressing room or green room for your actors, models and crew members too!

GRAND CUISINE

Filming something with food or needing a quirky backdrop? The kitchen and its veranda are perfect. The vast and fully equipped Provençal marble kitchen extends into the spectacular panoramic veranda with a rare and original glass and steel structure. It is a magnificent example of the Provencal Baroque style. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your demands too so if you’re not using it for filming or shooting it’s at your disposal to feed the team and keep them energised!

The Gardens and terrace

Perched high on a hill, with endless views of the valley below and mountains in the distance, here you’ll feel the rhythm of an eternal Provence. Nestled within a glorious 3-hectare park, the gardens and terrace know no bounds when it comes to your project. They truly are an outstanding gem, even among the glitz and glam of the French Riviera. We know them like no one else so can work with you and discuss your wants and needs and then find the best location for that epic shot.

The Rooms

We have luxury rooms too! Renovated with great care each spacious room is bathed in natural light, decorated with boiserie in gold leaf and silk jacquard Lyonnaise, parquet inlay-tailor-made, and beautiful chandeliers. The interiors of our rooms are seducing with their beautiful details kept intact for centuries, From our Master Suite, an architectural jewel that has two private terraces with breathtaking views over Grasse, to our Suite Roses, pretty and cosy rooms that offer a unique feeling they are perfect for filming and photoshoots or for accommodation if you are staying with us too!

The Wellness Centre

Our spectacular wellness centre, with its Roman-inspired mosaic in marble, never fails to impress the people who walk through our doors. It’s a special place. Completely buried and hidden behind a retaining wall of centenary stones it’s a beautiful backdrop with multiple areas that will create special and unique shots. Whether you need a pool or not this area should not be overlooked when you are looking for the perfect space for your photoshoot, commercial or film.

TEMPLE DE L’AMOUR

Standing proud in front of the castle and surrounded by beautiful green gardens is the “Temple of Love”. This is an ideal space for stunning outdoor shots. Its versatile location can be used as you wish for a romantic and dreamy vibe or historic and eerie filming. It’s both romantic and historic and overlooks the beautiful and scenic views of Grasse too. An epic location with versatile use.

Villa Norah

Perfect for a breakout area or capturing some intimate outdoor or indoor shots. Our stunning Villa Norah has irreplaceable charm. Nestled in the grounds of the Château it has idyllic grounds for all year round shooting. With 12 bedrooms that are uniquely decorated these too can provide areas of interest for your filming and photoshoot locations. It also provides beautiful accommodation if you are filming late or staying with us for more than a day.
