Date and location
Firstly make sure the date of your party isn’t when there is a major part of the festival going on, and that it doesn’t clash with any other event that your guests may be attending. Your location within the Château is entirely up to you! From the outdoor terrace overlooking the amazing views of Grasse to the luxurious interior of the Salon Napoleon or a unique party by the pool. Whether a small intimate party or a large gathering we will find a location to suit your needs perfectly
Invitations
Make your invitations as exclusive and as grand as our beautiful venue! Include a detailed description of the location and any special events that you may have planned that they will want to be there for! Do you have a special guest or some amazing entertainment? Let them know about it and make sure however you invite them it’s full of warmth and luxury just like the Château itself!
Catering
Decide on whether you want a lavish fine dining experience, simple canapes or light luxury finger food. Food and drink are a huge part of your party. Depending on the time of day your party is at will depend on what you will serve. We can create numerous different menus to suit your taste and theme. You will need to take allergies and dietary requirements into consideration too. No Cannes Film Festival party would be complete without champagne, it would be a crime not to serve it, in the heart of France, so make sure it is readily available for your guests. At the Château we can assist in the planning process to make sure you get it just right!
Activities
It’s always good to have some sort of activity at your party. Whether that be a guided tour of the Château, casino games in the library or a speech from the host or a special guest. Think about how you can make your event stand out even more!
Music
There’s no party without music! We have an internal music system that can play throughout the Château that can accommodate your playlist but why not make it extra special with some live music on the terrace?
